Superior Single room in a big house on campus (University of Kent)

Hi all!

I am moving out and need someone to replace me in my room located on the campus of University of Kent. Here you have a large description:

HOUSE:
- The house is located in Parkwood (University of Kent campus at Canterbury).
- It’s a self catering terraced house of 6 superior grade single bedrooms
- The house has shower and toilet facilities both upstairs and downstairs
- The large kitchen has: Cooker with oven, hob and 4 burners, Microwave oven, Vacuum cleaner, Sink with drainer, Kettle, Rubbish bin, 2 Fridge freezer, crockery and cutlery, Mop and bucket, Dining table and chairs, Iron and ironing board, Broom, dustpan and brush.
- Shopping and laundry facilities are close at hand.

BEDROOM:
- The bedroom is 11x9.5feett (3,20x 2,90m)
- It has two windows, heating, and computer link to internet.
- Furniture: Bed with mattress, mattress protector one pillow, Chest of drawers, Noticeboard and bookshelves, Bedside cabinet, Desk with drawers and desk lamp, Fitted carpet, Wardrobe, Desk chair, Curtains.

The room is available from 1st April to 17th June. but there's a possibility to extend that period.

It's £100per week and this includes:
- Rent
- All the bills (water, electricity, heating, gas and Internet)
- A housekeeper once a week who cleans all the common areas

You can also begin between today and middle April.
